Most home-care equipment sits idle for years after a recovery. Meanwhile, families one neighbourhood over are spending lakhs to rent the same device. The Medical Equipment Bank closes that gap.
What we accept
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers and walking sticks
- Oxygen cylinders and concentrators
- BiPAP / CPAP machines
- Nebulizers
- Hospital beds
- Water and air mattresses
- Commode stools
- Syringe pumps
- Pulse oximeters and glucometers
If your equipment works, or just needs minor repair, it can save a life.
How it works
- Donate unused or repairable equipment — call +91 93640 24365 for pickup in Bengaluru.
- Request equipment if you or someone you know needs it — call our 24/7 Active Health helpline at +91 93640 24365.
- Return when you no longer need it, so the next family can use it.
We verify need, sanitise and refurbish equipment between users, and keep a public register of what’s currently available.
Why this matters
The economics are absurd. A used oxygen concentrator depreciates to ~zero in storage; the same machine rents for ₹5,000–₹10,000/month. By circulating equipment, we are quietly returning lakhs to the families who need it most.
